Friendly comfortable budget hotel
By Ding dong
Well situated close to Temple Meads Railway Station, just a 5 minute walk away. Busy, some road noise but rooms comfortable and bright. All electric equipment worked and in good condition. Good [More] buffet breakfast. [Less]
Friendly staff, great service
By kamoly
Lovely friendly staff who are very welcoming. Room was a little noisy with the traffic but some ear plugs were provided which helped. [Less]
Not great, but not too bad.
By Brianjsg
The pre-stay communications were very poor regarding the parking. The reception staff were very helpful, and I may have been a bit brain dead after a long drive, but the car parking was very [More] confusing. The room was remarkably quiet for it's location and the complimentary ear plugs helped. The bathroom wasn't 100% with dripping taps and shower, but at least wasn't too noisy with the door shut. The breakfast was worth every penny, sorry wasn't worth a penny. I've stayed in lots of hotels that had breakfast buffets but this was just totally unappetizing. Sausages that were only cooked on one side, bacon that was just undercooked fat. Not the best way to start the day. A black coffee and Croissants had to fortify me for the day. Not the best place to stay, but for an overnight business trip, and for the price it was ok. And the free wifi was a decent speed. [Less]
Comfortable stay but eat somewhere else
By dsmith
The hotel is nicely located across from Broadmere shopping centre. This puts most things within walking distance, though it's not the prettiest part of town. The hotel is easy to find and park at, [More] though be aware you have to pay £15/day in parking fees. The restaurant quality isn't the best so look eslewhere if you are want a decent breakfast or meal. [Less]
Clean comfortable hotel and great service
By Janet

Good Service
By Hari

Great location
By AnLou
I stay here when I visit my daughter at university, bed large and comfortable. Pillows very soft though and the night I was there there was slight noise from other guests until 1 am. This is rare. [More] I would definitely stay here again and the staff are lovely. [Less]
modern and convenient
Rooms available on ground floor and if a little small were modern and comfortable. Parking sufficient and hotel within walking distance of the centre of Bath. Staff efficient and friendly, in all a [More] good experience. We booked four rooms and the family were more than happy. [Less]
