Great location near airport with prompt shuttle service. Nice clean room and modern bathroom with excellent shower facilities.[Less]
Clean and close to airport
Hotel was clean and fairly comfortable, right next to airport, reasonable price for area. Breakfast was average for this type hotel.[Less]
A convenient hotel to Edinburgh Airport with an excellent bus servise to the airport about every 15 minutes. The addition of parking for the period away was the service that elected the hotel for me.[Less]
Comfortable City Centre Hotel
The hotel is well located in Edinburgh new town. Many restaurants and pubs nearby and a short walk to bus and tram services. Hotel rooms are comfortable and sleep quality was excellent. A hot[More] breakfast buffet is included and was of good quality. There is a large, friendly and comfortable bar area. Staff service was uniformly excellent. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.[Less]
Edinburgh Short Get Away
Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived 9am (5hours before check in) but were able to leave our luggage behind with no problems. We had one minor issue in our room which was fixed[More] instantly. The room itself was large and clean. Great value for money as it's located in the centre of town, everything in walking limit. Breakfast was good value for money, large selection and I loved that they were more than happy for guests to take breakfast away for instance by providing coffee cups.
My first time in a Holiday Inn Express and have to say will definitely be staying in these again.
Great staff very welcoming on arrival. Food very good with good choice. Perfect location for visit to D of E presentation at Holy-rood Palace.Very helpful staff who helped with getting transport to[More] Holy-rood Palace[Less]
Good service and ammenities in an excellent location
The room amenities were good, the bed comfortable and the major attractions and dining venues were all within easy walking distance. Lack of a room safe meant carrying valuables and a small fridge[More] would have been helpful to keep drinks cold. A laundry service would have been helpful but the front office staff located one with weekend service within a short bus ride. The front office staff were very helpful and friendly.[Less]
Decent hotel but breakfast was lacking
Bed was comfortable, water was hot, A/C worked, internet was good, breakfast left a lot to desire.[Less]
THE LOCATION IS BIT FAR AWAY FROM THE BUS STATION AND THE ROAD IS VERY DIFFICULT TO WALK WITH THE LUGGAGE[Less]
