I paid for an Executive room and expected it to be sequestered from the Standard rooms. It was not. There was an interior door to the adjoining Standard room and through that door I could hear
everything in that room (whiny children, man having sex). I was not pleased.
The decor was fine, but the room was much smaller than the rooms pictured on the website.
Housekeeping came at different times daily. One of those days I returned to my room at 3:30 in the afternoon to find it was not touched. The maid arrived at 4:00 and cleaned the room and bathroom while I was inside.
The person taking the room service orders was grouchy and assured me ketchup comes with Fish and Chips. When the tray arrived, no ketchup. I had to get the porter to run and get some.
I'm delighted about the Starbucks in the lobby replacing the old coffee bar. The new lounge furniture is nice, except for access to the green swivel chairs. They are on carpet and difficult to move around. [Less]
