Our Nottingham family hotels are ideally located, both within the city centre and at East Midlands airport, with an additional hotel in nearby Derby.
Located in the East Midlands region on the banks of the River Trent, Nottingham is known throughout the world as the home of the legend of Robin Hood as well as for its history in lace-making. The Lace Market is still one of the city's oldest areas.
If you are looking for places to go, look no further than Nottingham Castle. Although rebuilt after the English Civil War, it has a lot to offer: from the inevitable statue of Robin Hood in its grounds to an art gallery, museum and even a cafe on the inside.
Concert-goers should be on the look-out for upcoming gigs at the legendary Rock City, which has boasted acts such as Nirvana, REM and Guns 'n' Roses in its time. If you're looking for something a little more refined, the Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall host regular ballets, operas and classical concerts.
Sports fans are spoilt for choice with 2 professional football clubs: Nottingham Forest and Notts County whose respective stadia sit either side of the River Trent from each other. Trent Bridge stadium hosts regular test and county championship cricket matches.
Nottingham's transport links are second-to-none. It is served by a mainline train station and international airport and due to its central location in England, it is pretty easy to get to from just about anywhere. The city itself can be easily negotiated by a fantastic tram network.
Whatever your reasons for visiting, check in at one of our Nottingham family hotels to perfectly complement your stay.
A clean, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location next to the football ground, but price of the room rather high, due to a game that evening.[Less]
Good location for football, comfortable stay

Good location for football and the city, comfortable stay and option of burger restaurant next door for room service[Less]
Clean, comfortable and reasonable.
For a simple one/two night stay, the hotel was adequate. Free WiFi and parking. No bath in either room but that was fine. Sofa bed had seen better days but hadn't requested it initially, so no[More] complaints there. Breakfast was acceptable but could have better had the choice of hot meals been better. Staff were friendly and willing to help when required.[Less]

Great Service Friendly Team. Comfy Bed rooms nice and quiet[Less]
Great central Nottingham stay
By Sparkly Elaine
Very comfortable, clean and well located hotel for the centre of Nottingham.
The only thing I would suggest is doing something to protect toes from the bed legs that stick out a little. A few times[More] I had an 'ooch' moment![Less]
Excellent hotel and services. Rooms were very modern and well appointed. Service was fantastic, food was very good. Only complaint is that I am over 6ft (2meters) tall and the twin beds in the room[More] seemed very tiny to me. If I could have had a standard or queen bed my stay would have been a perfect 5-star experience.[Less]
Best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at, so fresh and clean plus the staff were outstanding, I will certainly stay again very soon![Less]
Hotel is brilliant in every way. my only flaw is the breakfast. The price is too much for what is on offer as i have had better for less however, still very nice and a great place to stay.[Less]
