The hotel was very clean and well kept. The breakfast was decent and they also offered a happy hour with free drinks and snacks.
However, the front desk and management staff gave conflicting
information regarding rates and billing (My workplace was paying). The issues culminated with me receiving a very rude phone call from manager accusing me of not paying. I had given them a check from my workplace when I checked in and asked them to note that in the account since they could not give me a receipt. When I checked out, I was initially told that everything was all set and the note was still there. However, when I received the call later I was told there was no note and no payment. They eventually admitted that they misplaced and lost the check. I am still monitoring my credit card to make sure they don't charge me. [Less]
