I travel about 200 days a year for business and stay mostly at Holiday Inn or an IHG hotel of some type.
Coffee in the room used to be good but since IHG (and I know it is not the hotel's fault)
went to the Keurig coffee makers, it is UNDRINKABLE!!!!!!!
The lobby coffee is fine but room coffee is horrible. I have talked to many other guests in my stays and they also agree to this fact.
In fact, I carry my own coffee capsules to use in the Keurig coffee makers because it is so bad.
I do not understand why IHG says they listen to the customers but I have (and no others have) written this review in the past and only the hotel responds, but never IHG. However, I will continue to write the coffee up on my reviews until IHG responds. [Less]
