Had a great stay, staff was outstanding, but the plates and silverware needed extra attention. Pay your dishwasher more so they'll do a better job. Because right now I believe they are disgruntled or
needs additional training.

Break the Ho Hum and take your Cooks to Breakfast at a well establish Restaurant in the area. Let them see what and how the customer feels on the other side of the Hot Line/Breakfast Bar. Sometimes stepping back from the Grill and standing on the other side helps. Have your cooks walk out to the B-Fast bar and look at their products, ask the question: Would you be satisfied consuming what you have prepared or as a guest would you be hesitant or upset? [Less]
