Hotel was only open a month. The room was so dusty you could write you name on the walls and the window sills. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. It was black when wiped with a wash cloth.
Brought to the front desk attention. Clerk tried to dust the walls, but did not have the time nor ladder to get them all. Brought to the manager's attention about the bathroom floor, she would not speak to me told the deck clerk to offer us coupon for breakfast. We have all ready eaten so nothing was done. I feel they opened too soon. Needed to REALLY do a deep cleaning and train staff more. Booked a king room and none was available even thought we were there early afternoon. Front desk manager seemed to need more training. Finally put us in a room with two queen beds. Still do not understand why no kings were available on the 4th floor..:) [Less]
