The hotel itself is attached to the Holiday Inn and is very new so the outdoor area is still under construction.
Parking was a bit confusing and there is not much room
outside the hotel to park,
and the front desk didn't tell me
there was underground parking.
Front desk staff are new and don't seem to have all the
procedures figured out yet.
The room was very nice, large kitchen, comfy bed, and the hotel is just 5 minutes from West Edmonton Mall.
I could hear traffic noise at night, so next time will ask for a room facing the back of the building.
Compared to other Candlewood suites there was no food service, and the breakfast was at the Holiday Inn and was very basic and unappealing.
Overall the stay was good value, but they can improve the food service and the parking. [Less]
