From my first telephone call, to checking out[including staying parked in lot during 4 night cruise]...ALL employees were very courteous and helpful. Always called after midnight to talk with Alex.
Figured he wouldn't be too busy to help with my reservation requests. Two beds, RIVER-FRONT room, and above 2nd floor were very important to me.
