After a previous stay, I wrote a 1 star review because I did not receive any IHG points for my stay. A couple others from my company did the same. My points were later added to my account, and the
hotel actually changed its policy to begin awarding points for guest stays - I received my points after the next trip!
After 2 stays this year, I can see that the hotel is dedicated to continually improving guest experience in all areas. [Less]
