My first time in an Indigo - I expected a high standard, but it was better still! A hotel full of character and charm and beautiful design, no expense spared, from the beautiful rooms to the
beautiful library and restaurant with many beautiful paintings, to the elegant stairways and the beautiful exterior lighting and windows.
From the moment I stepped in I was made to feel extremely welcome. The front desk team were exceptionally friendly and the service felt very personal I was upgraded to a superior room as a Rewards Club member.
My room was exceptionally nice and full of character. The hotel is themed around classical Polish arts, my room featuring beautifully shaped classical windows, beautiful lighting and high quality furniture and decorative elements based on the works of Wyspianski. The bed was so comfortable, you could lay there all day, but you shouldn't as Krakow is a beautiful city with lots to explore!
It's not just all classical features though - there are modern twists too, a media hub allows you to connect bluetooth devices to room and bathroom speakers, HDMI beside the bed to connect to the TV, USB charging, heated bathroom floor, nespresso machine and a powerful rainfall shower to name just a few.
Breakfast - truly excellent. Maybe it is a touch expensive at 60zl, however at the same time the quality of the food is not your typical hotel breakfast, it's a cut above. -all hot food is cooked to order, the pancakes are delicious, you definitely should try some! The staff are amazing there too, so friendly and genuinely caring about making guests happy. I don't think I've ever thanked staff so many times in a stay at a hotel!
I'll certainly be back and if you are hesitating about whether you should come here too - don't. The staff will look after your every need and you will stay in a charming hotel and have a trip to a beautiful city that will live long in the memory. [Less]
