I stayed twice in this hotel. First time 1 night only, second time 11nights. Why?
The first time I stayed, actually I didn't have the best sleeping experience and I wanted to share this when I
checked out. At the same time, the overall situation of the hotel and the room was very good. I tried the room service, very delicious. So when I checked out, I informed the reception about my negative experience and receptionist Cetin told me that; "I can't make you leave this hotel with a negative experience, let me fix it for you and give me a chance to make it a great experience" You know what? He did it! And that's why I wanted to give this hotel a second chance. The result? Fantastic!
The restaurant food is awesome, the breakfast is beyond imagination, the open lobby concept is great which includes game zone, starbucks, working area and chill out area, basically you can live there! The gym is small but functional, the bed is big and comfy, the room and shower are great, the dry cleaning service is good, the room is being cleaned without a mistake!
And the staff? Let me tell you like that: I had to chance to stay in many hotels so far and I haven't experienced this kind of hospitality anywhere else. Whatever the management is doing, they are doing a great job. Because of that, the hotel staff is treating you super well! And also, I had my birthday during my stay, away from my family and friends and they did their best to not to make me feel alone with their approach and generous presents. In conclusion, have you ever felt sad when you leave a hotel? I did!
