Featured Aylesbury Hotels

Book a stay at our Holiday Inn® Aylesbury hotels and discover the thriving modern pulse of this historic market town and country seat of Buckinghamshire. Within minutes you will be admiring palatial manor homes or exploring a network of mysterious underground tunnels and alcoves.

Settle into our hotels in Aylesbury and start exploring Buckinghamshire's variety of historic attractions. Just minutes away is West Wycombe Park, the famous former home of the libertine Sir Francis Dashwood. In addition to the magnificent Palladian manor, the grounds contain the hand-carved Hellfire Caves, which were built in the 1740s as an atmospheric clubhouse for Dashwood and his high-profile friends, including Benjamin Franklin. To the west of our Aylesbury hotels is the neo-Renaissance grandiosity of Waddesdon Manor. Built on a bluff overlooking the surrounding countryside, the ornate towers and highly landscaped grounds at Waddesdon were modeled after the grand chateaux of France. Waddeson is the National Trust's second-most visited property.

Stay in our Aylesbury hotels and be close to the Waterside Theatre, in the compact center of town, where most of the town's restaurants and pubs are also located. Outside of Aylesbury, head out on the Roald Dahl Trail to visit sites where the famous children's author lived and worked, and some that were featured in his unique tales. All over the region you'll find welcoming pubs in which to warm yourself after a chilly stroll or sun-filled beer gardens to relax in during balmy summer days.

Book a room in our Holiday Inn Aylesbury hotels in July for the Roald Dahl Festival, when a parade of Dahl characters marches in the Aylesbury town center, or around Christmas, when Waddeston Manor takes on a festive look with brightly illuminated Christmas trees.

We booked the room as an alternative to the hassle of collecting a hire care late at night, as the flights from Aberdeen arrive quite late. The hotel was exactly what we hoped for in that respect; [More] comfortable and convenient. A few days leter we inquired about a tentative booking in case our return flight was cancelled and, being told that a room could be held temporarily on that basis, we enjoyed peace of mind. Much appreciated! [Less]

Good airport hotel

For a one night stay this met our needs well. The room was clean and had what we needed - though as so often controlling the room temperature was a bit tricky. [Less]
Stress avoidance for Morning flight

From arrival to departure the stay at this hotel went well. Good and easy check-in. Staff helpful. Room although not huge was a good size, clean and the bed and shower cubicle a good size. Everything [More] worked which includes both the TV and wifi. The restaurant menu was good without being over lavish. Breakfast was also quick and easy. A nice thing is that the check-out is not until 12.00 so even for an early afternoon flight the hotel fits well. Only a 15 minute walk from Luton airport (pulling a case), made the location ideal for me. [Less]
Pre flight stay
By Kezza
As a family we stayed at the H I Luton as it was easier that travelling early in the morning with 2 young children. Everything was fine My only concern/complaint is the fact that on top of the [More] fees for the room you have to pay overnight parking fees of £8. Why not put the price of the room and include parking fees ???? [Less]
