Stay at one of our Belfast hotels to discover the preserved Victorian architecture of this Northern Ireland capital, from the narrow lanes of the historic center to the city's gilded pubs.

Our hotels in Belfast are near elegant City Hall, crowned with a green copper dome at the city center. The surrounding streets are lined with redbrick townhouses decorated with fanciful statues of sphinxes and griffins. Join the students on the Queen's University campus, filled with trim row houses and Gothic churches. On warm days, Belfast families picnic on the open lawns of the nearby Botanic Gardens. Pop into the curved-glass Palm House, which shelters thousands of tropical plants. Not far from our Belfast hotels, the neighborhood of West Belfast was the scene of the Troubles, the civil strife that plagued the city in the 20th century. A black taxi tour of West Belfast passes the infamous Crumlin Road Jail and Falls Road memorial murals, dedicated to residents who perished in the struggle.

Victoria Square mall is Belfast's shopping destination for international brands. The free glass observation deck has a full-circle view of the city bordered by green rolling hills to the north and the harbor to the west. Guests at our Belfast hotels can find affordable eateries in the Queen's University Quarter or dine on hearty Irish beef and Guinness pie in a traditional pub in the city center. Hoist a pint in Belfast's many atmospheric pubs: The gas-lit Crown Liquor Saloon has gilded ceilings and mosaic floors, while McHugh's Bar is in the city's oldest building.

Book our Holiday Inn® Belfast hotels for St. Patrick's Day in March, when the city celebrates with raucous parades and fireworks, or in August, when West Belfast revels in Irish culture during the Féile an Phobail festival.

Nice stay, good price and central location for all of Northern Ireland [Less]
Comfortable

We stayed here after landing in Dublin from the states. We had another flight out of BIA early the next morning. Although jet lagged, everything was perfect. There are restraints nearby and the room [More] was very comfortable. [Less]

A warm friendly welcome from obviously well trained staff, who actually know the “meaning” of hospitality! Clean and convenient to the airport and the town of Antrim along with the motorway link [Less]

Holiday Inn 40 Hope street Belfast.

Very nice hotel, warm welcome by staff. Very nice room considering standard, plenty of room to get around. Problem in evening with heating, blowing out cold air. Next morning same, partner went down [More] and told staff. They said they would check control panel and put the heating on. Worked nicely when we where there. However when we got back cold air again and it was reset again next morning cold condensation on panel. We mentioned it on the way down to breakfast, and staff said they would get someone to look at it. It was fixed. I had problems with my WiFi access but one of the staff got me back on it within a few hours. I must say the heating problem wasn't a back breaker but we did want it sorted out. We came up to the room on Thursday night and Ciara had been up to the room and due to the "minor problems" gave us free vouchers for a dinner at the hotel. This in its way shows the care and attention the staff of this hotel has,and also they were charm personified. [Less]
Friendly and good location
By Bonsey
Our visit to the hotel was for leisure, to see some of Belfast but also to meet friends there. The staff were very helpful at all times ..questions answered and taxis booked whenever needed [More] etc. The room was spacious and comfortable for the most part. However.. the pillows were terrible. We slept ok for the first two nights but on the 3rd night there was a large party downstairs in the reception area by the sounds of it and that kept us awake til the early hours. Overall a nice hotel..within approx 20 minutes walk of the city centre and other attractions..but price per night is a little steep. [Less]

This hotel does all the basics very well. Rooms are in great condition, clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are also good. Location is good also. I sometimes feel I pay too much for a room in this [More] hotel, but that's Belfast. [Less]
