Room temperature control wasn't working in room 123,
and it contributed to my poor sleep. Woke up on first night at 03:30 hrs and couldn't go back to sleep.
Service at restaurant needs to
improve, most of my work colleagues were not impressed by the service they receive, food taking too long after placing an order.
A positive point to highlight was the GM handling of all situation was excellent.
