Featured Glasgow Hotels

City of Culture, City of Music, Capital of Sport - Glasgow goes by many names, and you need only step outside your Holiday Inn® Glasgow hotel to see why.

Scotland's largest city boasts lively streets, chalk full of unique shops, cafes and restaurants, a world-renowned music scene, beautiful parks, romantic architecture, and countless museums and art galleries.
Don't be surprised if you have to plan another trip to take it all in.

Our Glasgow hotels are always ready to welcome you.

Metropolitan Glasgow is divided into two major areas: the bohemian West End and the more commercial City Center, where you'll find Glasgow's main shopping, business and entertainment districts, as well as Medieval Merchant City, a must-see during your Glasgow hotel stay.
Despite its age, the real draw of Merchant City is its turn of the century buildings and houses, excellent examples of Glasgow's Victorian architecture.

There's upscale shopping on Ingram St., the Gallery of Modern Art in Royal Exchange Square, Glasgow Cathedral and the hauntingly beautiful Necropolis Cemetery.

Next, indulge your cultural side with a trip to the West End, home of the prestigious University of Glasgow and Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.
The University area boasts an eclectic mix of eateries and boutiques and quaint tree-lined streets make it a pleasure to explore by foot.

Stop by the award-winning Ubiquitous Chip for upscale pub food, good wine, lively conversation and to see the Chip's famous mural by Glaswegian author and artist, Alasdair Gray.

Visitors to our Glasgow hotels will also appreciate the variety of family friendly activities this city offers.
The Glasgow Science Center has a science mall with over 250 interactive exhibits, an IMAX cinema, and the impressive Glasgow Tower, the tallest rotating tower in the world.

A trip to Fossil Grove in Victoria Park is well worth the trek out of the city.

There's beautiful gardens, a museum with prehistoric tree fossils and even a maze on the grounds.
Round out your Glasgow hotel stay with a traditional Scottish soccer game.
Glasgow has two professional teams, the Rangers and the Celtics, and some of the biggest stadiums in the United Kingdom.

Hotel Cleanliness at its best !
By Mags2502
Spotlessly clean city center hotel a few minutes from the city center. Handy for all restaurants and bars. Staff are very approachable and friendly and you couldn't ask for more than that. Twin [More] double room was big enough to accomodate 2 double beds with enough space to walk around without causing any problems and sockets were positioned next to mirrors for hair drying etc. Breakfast was very good value for money - help yourself to fruit juices, cereal, croissants, toast etc. then sit back and your Sunday morning fry up will be delivered to your table with tea/coffee on tap - just the thing after a good night out. Only downside if there is one is the overnight parking charges at the car park next door - even with a 25% discount for staying at the hotel it still cost £17.10 - ouch ! [Less]

Theatre break
By Fishingsid
The hotel reception was the first port of call, the staff welcomed me like on old frind. They told me all about the hotel and what I needed to know. We then went to our room and what a room light [More] warm and welcoming. The bathroom was something like a 5 star hotel, without the cost. We slept very well on a comfy bed then fed well on a generous breakfast. Would I stay here again? You bet I would ideal location for the theatre and the west coast of Scotland. [Less]
