Not a reviewer type, but this stay was pretty good. [Less]
Perfectly comfortable Experience
By PearlOGP
I was only staying for one night but it was quite nice. My only difficulties arose not from the hotel but trying to get from San Jose Airport to the hotel. Signage clarity is not a high point in [More] San Jose - there would be the sign right where you were suddenly supposed to be veering left. Names also change several times for the same street which was also confusing. But the hotel was a welcome oasis. [Less]

We had a great relaxing time and were able to get our business done too. [Less]
Nice staff, nice rooms
By HodellBuffet
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is OK and there's things to do fairly close. The rates are a lot more expensive mid week that's where the value drops. Availability varies. Gym is [More] small but usable. No Pool. [Less]
Nice place

The AAA rate is probably LESS than the IHG member rate. So check both before you book the room. [Less]
Great Place to Stay!
By rdietra
This hotel has recently been renovated and is beautiful. You would never know from the outside, even though the outside and very clean and neat. But once you get inside,it is beautiful. The [More] reservation desk has very professional people to assist you and help you with your needs. The Room is quiet, beautiful, and very neat and clean. I would stay hear any time. My bed was made every day and room cleaned when I returned. I felt very safe in this hotel and right down the street are a number of restaurants within walking distance. Even though it is on a main street, it was very quiet. I hope it doesn't get too much business because I always want to be able to get a reservation. Thank you for the comforts of your Inn! [Less]
Traveling alone
At 65 years old I do not travel alone that often. This time I did. The staff were very helpful, friendly and informative which I really appreciated. Crystal even printed my boarding passes when [More] she could not get the public computer to work...very helpful young lady. [Less]

From Airport Shuttle to maintenance, everyone in this hotel is friendly and made you feel welcome. Changed rooms without batting an eyelash when the AC did not work in the first room. [Less]
