Doggy Land

I wish all of the animals could be confined to one floor. I was worried a dog or cat might have stayed in my room recently and there might be flees. My room was not vacuumed during my stay. I would [More] have appreciated it. [Less]
Convenient location - busy week-end
By Frenchy
The hotel stay was fine. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Thankfully we were given a corner room on the top floor which gave us a more quiet environment. It was a long week-end and [More] there were several elementary school age soccer teams for some type of tournament in Jacksonville. Adult family members did not always supervise the children in the evening, congregating in the common area drinking cocktails and the kids would be running all over the pool, lobby and several floors. The staff did try to control the situation by closing the common area by 10 p.m. but it was loud at times, the elevators would be held up and the pool was not inviting given its small size and full of kids. Maybe if it had not been a holiday week-end the overall experience would have been better. [Less]
