I have been patronizing this property for the past 4 months. And I have always had great customer service relations with "Zach" who has awesome interpersonal relations qualities with the guest.
However, since Jodie, the "new" property manager, has been on board I have seen the customer relation experience turn around 360 degrees with all the staff.
It seems as though all the employees are being a team player with delivering appropriate customer service. [Less]
