Featured Savannah Hotels

Discover the gracious charms of one of America's most historic small cities. Book a stay at our hotels in Savannah and get to know this beautifully preserved relic of the antebellum South.

Be seduced by the romance of this Georgia gem when you stay at our hotels in Savannah. Stroll the historic district from one elegant green square to the next, passing splendid mansions beneath a canopy of moss-draped oaks. Savannah's golden past is on vivid display in the Owen-Thomas House, an antebellum jewel box built in 1816. Don't miss the notorious Mercer House, which starred in the book that brought Savannah international fame, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. Or tour jasmine-scented Bonaventure Cemetery. The book's cover featured a haunting photograph of the cemetery's Bird Girl sculpture, now on display in the Telfair Museum.

When you stay at one of our Savannah hotels, you can enjoy distinctive Low Country dining. Take a break from sightseeing to sample sweet creek shrimp boiled in spices, red rice and sausage, and collard greens simmered in a smoky broth. After lunch, stroll past converted cotton warehouses along cobblestoned River Street and imagine the 18th-century bustle of this vibrant port city. Or meander along River Walk, which traces the Savannah River and the shining Atlantic Ocean beyond. Take the kids to nearby Tybee Island, where tawny beaches and an old lighthouse beckon. The city sparkles from a moonlight harbor cruise on the Savannah River, as sea breezes cool the balmy air.

Book a stay at our Holiday Inn® Savannah hotels and enjoy Savannah's leisurely pace and the gracious sensibility of a bygone era.

Weekend Getaway in Savannah
Nice hotel. When I booked the hotel I had requested early check in. I was actually able to check in at 9 AM. Very happy with this. [Less]

Great location and informative staff
By kbgringa
This hotel was perfectly situated across the street from the river and in the middle of town. The full fridge and kitchenette was great for storing drinks and snacks. The bar and stools provided a [More] great place to have drinks before walking around town. Both inside and out had a quaint look with brick walls. Would recommend this hotel highly. [Less]
Great Staff

We were evacuating due to Hurricane Irma. The front desk staff were charming and sympathetic to our plight. They had a great sense of humour and recommended restaurants to order take out. [Less]

I wrote this once, my major concern was price, I felt it was high for me as I was escaping the hurricane. I also don't think I got the senior or AAA discount. I do appreciate I was able to find a [More] room during that night. [Less]
Great staff and hotel
By Ang1
We had a wonderful stay considering the circumstances. We evacuated from Tampa the day before hurricane Irma hit Florida and arrived after midnight. The staff was extremely helpful making sure we [More] had everything we needed at arrival and that our children had food. The customer service was excellent, our suite was clean, and our kids appreciated the lending cabinet with games to pass the time. I also appreciated the free laundry room because I knew we would return to no power in Florida. [Less]

Because of Hurricane Irma, we had to get out of town. We've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express before so we knew it would be clean and comfortable and very welcoming. [Less]
Excellent service and great staff.

Everything was wonderful, the staff was very helpful. The beds were absolutely comfortable. I have stayed here before and it was great, so that's why I return to this location every time I visit [More] Savannah. They offer a variety of breakfast items the pool is nice and the business center is very useful to find information did you need about local areas to eat, visit, or just relax. I would recommend this hotel and other holiday inn express to others. [Less]
Escaping Lady Irma
By French4U
I was coming from SE Florida that day on I-95 and wanted to beat up the rush for lodging required by this massive exodus. I checked in late afternoon in a hotel that was due to evacuate the very [More] next morning at 8am. Mandatory evacuation means that power and water will be shut off for this facility. I was amazed by the cool of this staff who remained smiling and calm just as if nothing was happening. I left at 2:30am and did not experience the early morning breakfast however. I love the predictability of Holiday Inn and never had one complaint [Less]
