A good place to stay in Indy vicinity
Give them a try. Good quality as as would be expected from an IHG Hotel. This particular hotel needs to quit forcing CNN upon their guests by playing it in the hotel lobby as well as being the [More] channel your room tv opens to (as would be the same for Fox News or any other partisan news source). Love the pool and grounds
By MariGold
I have stayed at this property when in Indianapolis since it opened. In addition to business/leisure travel, my family has stayed here for funeral gatherings and weddings. The sales manager, Mary, is [More] great, and the loyalty goes both ways; I asked for a discount and have usually been given a discount on my reservation. The quality has been consistently superior in every way and in every area. We especially enjoy the private courtyard with outdoor fire and comfortable seating, and the swimming pool is the best -- a nice size for exercise and real swimming, but shallow enough for kids to play. My only complaint is that, as this location has become more kid-sport friendly, the crowds that come to stay are sometimes noisy and they dominate the pool area, but it is a cheerful noise, and who can forget what it was like to be young? Quick check-in and clean room
By KC85
Close to where I needed to be in the morning. Front desk had me checked in in about 2 minutes! Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the remote in the bedroom didn't work, but [More] that's not the end of the world!! [Less]

Overall our stay was great; however, the pool experience was a little disappointing. There was a group of 15 kids for a birthday party being supervised by one adult (and only on occasion). These kids [More] were jumping in, running around, splashing water everywhere. Although they were maybe 8 they were in the hot tub jumping around too. They had water everywhere, and it made the floor very slippery (the main concern as I know the hotel can't always control guests). I do have to say the front desk staff was trying very hard to keep things dry and safe leaving the pool into the lobby. The kids kept leaving without even drying off and made floors wet all until their room. Applause to the service at the front desk and staff providing breakfast! [Less]
