I can't thank the staff or General Manager, Peter, enough for the support & concern I received. My son had a liver transplant at a near by hospital. It was mid morning when my husband and I walked in
without a reservation. We were up all night, waiting for the transplant to end & see our son. The staff gave us such a great welcome, got the room ready, asap and let us check in early and encouraged us to take a nap before heading back to the hospital.
My husband had to go back home & leave me to stay by our son's side. The staff would leave the night stand light on for me so I didn't enter a dark room. The breakfast started me off every day. Peter started a pick me up, in the lobby for his guest. Ice cold bucket filled with bottled water, fresh fruit & bags of snacks. How thoughtful & caring for his hotel guest! There's a lot more, however, experience it for yourself when in Worcester MA. Sue [Less]
