They Are Renovating Which is Great
By TedM
I really like staying at Holiday Inns with my family. I did not give this stay a 5 because our room smelled like dank smoke. [Less]
My Lapeer, MI. Stay
By Louie
Hotel was very nice and the staff were more than happy to fit my accommodations. Every area of the hotel was very clean, which is the reason I'll come back. My only concern was the question I was [More] asked during check-in; "Reason For Your Visit?" Totally caught me of guard and I think this question is tacky to say the least. [Less]
5 star service!
By GrahamRiver
Where can you find southern hospitality with five star amenities? This hotel!! We witnessed almost a dozen examples of the staff going above and beyond. If you want a clean room with a courteous [More] staff - from the check in to the ladies cleaning the rooms - this is the place. We travel frequently for work and half the time people say hello when passing in the halls. This location was by far the exception. We felt connected and at home. That's what other hotels should shoot for! [Less]
Friendly Folks
By DSG11
The staff at this facility was top shelf. The building is in need of upgrades and repairs. One elevator doesn't work. The luggage carts are falling apart. The housekeeping staff has some of their [More] laundry equipment broken. etc. etc. Even faced with these challenges, the staff from top to bottom treated me with a friendly attitude. They genuinely seemed happy to be of service. For that reason, I would give this hotel a thumbs up. [Less]
Great Service
By people

Affordable and convenient, nothing to jump for joy over, but clean and well staffed. I stay here frequently and have seen many changes to his hotel. I feel like it is improving steadily. [Less]
