The hotel and staff were great. I was greeted very warmly and the accommodations met my expectations. Check-in was surprisingly fun, as I was informed that I had been chosen as "Guest of the Day". I
certainly wasn't expecting that! I was informed that I would receive complimentary breakfast in the attached restaurant and 5,000 IHG rewards points.
Four days later, I am still waiting for the rewards points to be credited to my account, and I have not yet received a reply to my email to IHG customer service regarding when the points will be credited.
The attached restaurant was clean and the server was attentive, though most of the food that was served to our party of 4 was cold or lukewarm at best, and some of the food that came out was not what was ordered. The server did apologize and bring out the proper food, which was just as cold and unsatisfying. She informed us that the cook was new and overwhelmed, despite the fact that we were 4 out of the total 8 people seated in the restaurant. [Less]
