"Home" again
By Angelofthenorth
Have used this hotel for a number of years and it is our hotel of choice when visiting or passing through New York. Airport shuttle from / to P4 is second to none and basically runs on demand [More] ..... no waiting half an hour or more. Friendly staff all round ... including restaurant and maintenance. Comfortable rooms with coffee machine and multi channel TV. In house restaurant offers quite good dining from breakfast through to dinner, although a little on the expensive side, but still good value. Easy access to Manhattan via the hotel shuttle bus then monorail to Newark International Airport Station followed by a 20 - 25 train ride on New Jersey Transit to Penn Station. Not sure of train frequency but we have never waited more than 10 - 15 minutes. [Less]

My flight was canceled and I had to spend one night at JFK. This hotel was a great place to rest. It was quite, comfortable, and clean. I was allowed to check at a later time because of my flight [More] delay. It was a hotel courtesy, and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you! [Less]
