Get's it done!

Began staying at this location because of closeness to relative's home. Very satisfied after three stays. No frills but clean and good night sleep. [Less]
Great service

The staff was wonderful and they went above and beyond to help the guests! I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through or visiting the area! Top notch!!! [Less]

Great location to the town and staff was great , close to the center of everything [Less]
Everything was great as usual except for the air conditioning at night. Seems it must be on a motion-sensor type system which makes it go into "sleep mode" when you are too. I get it, it saves [More] money but it also makes the room temperature undesirable at the most critical time - - when we are sleeping. We could not get it cool enough and woke during the night due to being too warm... each time the system was "asleep." We understand that this is becoming a popular control item in newer hotels - - more guests need to realize this and complain for change. Fix this ASAP or we will formally complain and not stay next time. SPIRE Elite Member for many years [Less]
Traveling to Mrytle Beach
By Patrick19
The staff was absolutely most accommodating. They made us feel like part of the IHG family. They were extremely friendly, able to provide insight on dining establishments and places to visit. The [More] grounds and building were much to our liking as well. The new style of carpeting as wild as it was really uplifted us from being on the road all day. I would not hesitate in the least about recommending this hotel. What a great place. [Less]
great service, comfortable bed and pillows

Where we go to get away
By Danny07
We love Asheville and this is our go to city! The hotel is close to downtown without the downtown prices. The shuttle is great and if it's not running a five dollar uber gets you back to the hotel! [Less]
comfortable bed and great treats and service
By Gbert
Other than location and directions to get there a good experience. Fairly isolated from shopping areas but manageable. Having transportation available was a plus. Could have had a more complete work [More] out room. No mats nor weights to use. Only one or two people could use the room. [Less]
Best mistake ever
By Rva_matt
Stayed in Asheville during a work visit to the area in which my team and I got too drunk to drive back to charleston after visiting countless breweries. The lady at the front desk was super nice . [More] I would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully next time we are there we can take advantage of the Ammenities. [Less]
