Had an excellent stay traveled for business no issues no problems[Less]
Hotel was under renovations. Appearance wasn't the best, but understandable[Less]
Comfortable bed, clean room, nice coffee maker, great staff, food delivery service to room easy and didn't take too long, nice fitness room with tv, good view with low outside noise, close to mall[More] and other restaurants[Less]
Great, helpful staff
Thanks for a great stay. All staff were super helpful.[Less]
Clean and spacious King suite! Very noisy during wrestling championship, they really need to enforce noise curfews after a certain time. Was awakened several times 2 and 3 in the morning from loud[More] noises and slamming of doors. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly.[Less]
Comfortable stay, friendly staff
We were in town for a gymnastics meet and this was the host hotel for the meet. I was very pleased with our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel's location made it very easy to get to[More] the meet at the Coliseum and the staff was very helpful - even filling up my daughter's water bottle for us before we left.
Very impressive! If we're ever in town again for an event at the Greensboro Coliseum, we will definitely look into staying at this Holiday Inn again.[Less]
Clean and friendly
The whole hotel was very clean. Each staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaner than I expected. A choice of soft and firm pillows were available and that was a nice[More] surprise. The beds were comfortable but you could tell where most people choose to sleep based on a dip in the mattress. The ice machine was outside of our room but it wasn't a problem as no one used it until morning. I was a bit disappointed that there were no vending machines for drinks. A bottle of water downstairs at the front desk area cost $2.25. The restaurant in the hotel had few choices, of which we chose the burger sliders. Service and food takes forever and the burgers were mediocre. Overall it was a good stay and we will choose this hotel in the future when visiting Greensboro.[Less]
