In the Short North Arts District, you can browse for local pottery and stylish clothing in the dozens of trendy galleries and boutiques that line North High Street. Guests of our hotels in Columbus can celebrate the city's immigrant cultural heritage in German Village, where you're never far away from a sausage or a schnitzel. Nice property, service not as expected
By Dcbrndy
Nice property, rooms clean. Service was not what I expected for a Crowne. Management and front desk were great, restaurant was average. Long waits, breakfast buffet was lacking food. Very well [More] nteresting conference going on during our stay. [Less]

The room was of questionable cleanliness, as the previous guests toiletries were still in the bathroom. Part of the wall had fallen off and was simply propped in the corner instead of being [More] fixed. The tv turned on but didn't receive a signal, so it was useless. The hot tub was colder than the pool. [Less]

We were there for a 5 day volleyball tournament. This hotel is conveniently located near the convention center, you don't even have to go outside to get there! Walking distance to restaurants and the [More] best part of Columbus The North Market! [Less]

Very clean!
By Newfie
The staff at Candlewood Polaris were very friendly. I recall Paul at the front desk who was very helpful in check-in and checkout. The free laundry facilities were a bonus, I don't recall staying at [More] any other hotel where they offered that. Since we were in town for a baseball tournament, this was a nice perk. The beds were very comfortable, room temps were easily adjusted. I like the fact that room service is done weekly, not daily. I was easily able to exchange towels at the front desk. The pool area was good including a nice separate hot tub. Two things that were unexpected: 1. No common ice machine but the fridge had one. 2. Some of the equipment in the gym was not functional. Overall very happy with the experience and would definitely stay at Candlewood again. [Less]
First time at this hotel
By Jenn
We tried this hotel instead of where we usually stay, and we were very pleased! Very clean. Great soft linens and spacious room. The price was the best part. And there were great amenities although [More] we didn't take advantage of them. We will be back! [Less]
Good value
By Traveler66
This was my first staying at an extended stay hotel. I found this hotel clean and the staff very friendly. I also believe it was a very good value considering the hotels in the area. I would [More] definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. There are plenty of dining options located close to this hotel. [Less]
