Got smiles from the lady cleaning our room and she took time to ask us if everything was ok and if we needed anything. [Less]
Good

Good choice for a good nights sleep. Close location to our final destination. A casino 10 miles north. Comfortable bed. Only nit pick. We were on the ground floor and there was an outside accent [More] light directly shining into the room with no blackout curtain available. [Less]
Friendliest staff I have ever encountered
By Arielangler
From my arrival I was treated great I got a room upgrade just because of my name, this was by far my best business stay. If you have to be away from home it sure is nice to be treated like family. [Less]

very nice, staff was polite, friendly and efficient. Room seemed to lack power outlets for modern needs. Should be easy to remedy. Enjoyed our stay. [Less]
Clean room poor restaurant
By Trallen99
The room was clean though a mini fridge would help for multi day business travelers. No hottub but the pool area was large and clean with a nice looking gym area. Service from main hotel staff was [More] great. Staff working the Latitude restaurant was slow and the food quality was poor. I had breakfast and dinner there and it was the same both trips. [Less]
Great staff, missing a few basic perks
By Trallen99
The staff was all very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The rooms lack a mini fridge which was a bit annoying. There is a nice pool and an exercise room that was clean. There was no hot [More] tub. The in hotel restaurant Latitude is a bit pricey for the quality of food you get and their service was a bit lacking. The only complaint on the room was some noisy neighbors I could hear talking a little too well. [Less]
