Staff was awesome and very accommodating
By chickie_chillin
Staff was warm and always willing to accommodate and resolve any issue as best they could.. One new overnight guy was while very friendly and sweet.. A lil green.. Hes new tho. He was doing his [More] best.. They have fresh from the oven cinnamon buns for breakfast which were super tasty. The room was clean a fairly decent size with couch and bed.. Bathroom has been updated with walk in shower and modern sink etc.. New carpet which was quite soft. The bed while fairly comfortable was a lil lumpy at least by my standards so my back occasionally bothered me but it wasnt a terrible bed by any means! It was fairly comfy. The furniture and lamps curtains are dated so hopefully they will be replaced once the rest of the hotel finishes renovations. It wasnt noisy in spite of the fact that they were still renovating the floors beneath me. Overall dont normally stay at holiday inns but was pleasantly surprised as it was better than I expected. The staff the recent renovations and the cinnamon buns are very much responsible for my positive feedback and over all pleasant stay! [Less]
