I love staying at this chain, especially for the breakfasts. I'm gluten-free and just love the little omelets. This hotel also had GF muffins and such, which many don't have. Nice clean space, nice
Most importantly, I forgot to get 2 nights of my reservation onto my points until past midnight on the 3rd night, and this needed fixing officially at their end in the morning I was checking out. By today (4 days later) my CC had not yet been refunded, and I called them to find out about it. They were in the process of fixing the refund to give me the lowest rate of the 3 nights (2 nights were at a much higher rate), which in reality they didn't have to do, which was very generous of them and I am grateful to them. And it was my fault for not being more pro-active that they had to fix anything at all. Super nice people. When I'm back in the area, I'll absolutely stay there.
One comment for the CHAIN as a whole: they have modernized the rooms and there is no lighting over the bench set up for holding the suitcase it is really dark, therefore, in trying to find things in a suitcase. This hotel and all such need to add lights in that space.
