Overall, Outstanding Accomadations
By Danoc13
I am always greeted by Ana at the front desk with a very warm welcome. Other staff members who don't know me are very welcoming and accommodating as well. Mr. Raines is always very accommodating and [More] welcoming. I particularly enjoy the staff in the dining area as my grandson and I ate breakfast there every morning and they were very inviting and attentive to our needs. Amar, in the evening is absolutely, about total customer service. I only have one criticism. The restaurant used to have the most wonderful, creamy coconut cream pie. They are now using something that is far less of quality than it used to be. Prime rib is ALWAYS outstanding. This was my 17th visit to this location in the past 5 years. [Less]

Comfortable stay, easy access to Georgetown University.
In the DC area to visit daughter at Georgetown University for parent's weekend. Easy walk across Key Bridge to Georgetown, room was large and clean, breakfast was very good, staff was very friendly [More] and helpful. Sometimes it did seem like the elevators were not all working or were very slow and the button to select our floor (10) was extremely finicky on a couple of the elevators - didn't seem to want to take us there! While the location and atmosphere of the hotel was great, the mattresses were very poor. Not sure if the hotel is slowly but surely changing this out across the facility, or because we needed a [More] handicapped suite. Handicapped showers, even roll in, should have a chair provided for access. [Less]
