This is only my second visit with Holiday Inn Express and I am impressed with everything about my stay.
1.) This was the easiest and probably quickest check-in I have ever experienced.
The front desk staff were very welcoming.
3.) The room was rather large for the price I paid. I would compare it to the feeling a big shot businessman feels when staying at his favorite hotel, having to pay probably more than double or triple.
4.) The room service staff greeted you warm and welcoming. One of the ladies treated me as if I was a guest in her home. Very impressed with their attitudes. You could tell there was genuine sincerity in their questions about needing anything for my room. They didnt act as though they were there because it was just part of their job and didnt just reapeat the questions in a scripted, unenthusiastic manner. You could tell they cared about the service they were providing.
5.) I walked by the staff only laundry room on my way out to my work truck every day. I had a habit of glancing inside the room and I was always supprised with the smile I was greeted with. I liked that kind of environment where a staff member was never too busy with their task to flash a friendly smile. [Less]
