We will never stay at a Holiday Inn again. Feces splatter on bathroom walls, toilet would not stop running, room smelled like an ashtray and rust all in shower/tub.

My husband and I came and stayed at the hotel for a play that we were going to see the following night. We had such peaceful sleep. The bed was comfortable. The room was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

So this is my second ‘revised’ review because my last was flagged as in appropriate because I likened this place to that which one would take their trash to be disposed of in a land fill. IHG did not like that. So here we go again. The staff was helpful. The rooms are nasty, unclean, smelly, and utterly disgusting. This place needs to be refurbished. The carpets look like they were used in a college dorm, removed, then installed here without being cleaned. The rooms smell like an old casino boozy and cigarettes. The bed skirts are covered in unidentifiable substance. The remote for the TV was coated in donut glaze. I will never start here again if given the opportunity to stay elsewhere. This place gives holiday inn a bad name. Shame on you IHG. Do a little follow up on you franchises.
Poor cleanliness, dim lighting in rear parking lot, elevator needs mainten

Room was dusty. Bathroom had hair strains on floor, bathtub and toilet. Elevator requires you to push more buttons to open door once floor is reached. Poor lighting in rear parking lot. Bathtub drain was clogged, staff was prompt in executing work order and resolving.
Thankful for the bed, but that was it.

This hotel was fully booked, and I needed one more night. The staff asked me to check regularly, and when I did the following morning after my stay, the receptionist couldn’t even take a second to check - and she was a bit short in her responses.
There was hair on the pillow and in the bathroom.
Honestly, this hotel needs a remodel. It’s outdated, dingy, and not at all what I would expect from IHG hotels. Very disappointed.
