Very nice hotel great customer service. The only negative is the fee you charge for parking and the option to park your car in such a small lot!! Great location. Will definitely book again.

We arrived and was told that our room wasn't ready. They pre-check us in and told me they would call when the room was ready. So I said ok and asked were I should go then? I am from out if town right. We left our bags at the hotel and went across the street to the marketplace for 3hrs. No calls so we went back and found our room to not be ready they said they would let me know. 2 more hours. I went and asked again still not ready. I boasted that it not ready and I think I will go somewhere else. Me and my family began to gather up and get out and they instantly had the rooms ready. For the price the quality is poor.

While I do recommend this hotel for those joining cruise ships my recent stay was severely let down by the bar staff and their total lack of attendance and respect towards us. This problem was brought to the attention of the desk staff who acted but for some reason the bar staff continued to leave the area and engage in what appeared to be personal business.
The problem was easily rectified we simply went across the street to the Bayside area and had a great evening.

Comfortable bed, great service both at desk and restaurant. Great location if leaving for a cruise or coming back from a cruise. Love having the pavilion across the street for shopping, eating and entertainment.

During my stay the hotel loss power, got stuck in elevator and power went out after supposedly FPL fixed the issue. Management were unwilling to give credit or reimburse anything for inconvenience. I have stayed at many Holiday Inns yet I must admit this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't recommend the hotel despite the location.

We would never think of staying any where else. The service you received is at the TOP!!!!! We are from Michigan and we feel at home there, so with that being said. We will never stay anywhere else in Miami.

The hotel did not include the information that it would be an extra $30 a night to park our car......no amenities were available during our stay and we had to pay for breakfast

Excelente localização, porém não gostei de saber que suco de laranja é cobrado a parte. O hotel tem poucas informaçoes sobre oportunidade de lazer e turismo. O preço do estacionamento de 27 USD por dia é caríssimo. No mais, o hotel é bom. Reservei um quarto com cama dupla, quando tentei reservar mais diárias com apenas uma cama, o valor da diária ficou muito caro. Saí do hotel e fui para um outro hotel com melhores condições de preço e com estacionamento incluído.
