Not up to expectations from previous experiences

Although the hotel is well situated for easy access to most well known sites within Paris, I found the rooms and service to be lacking in basic amenities one would expect of a full service Holiday Inn. I would classify this as a Holiday Inn Express.

Rooms are very small for one person, let alone two. Furniture is small and uncomfortable. Minimal closet space. Non-stocked mini-bar. Breakfast was good, although I felt it was same as you would get at a Holiday Express for free.

Hotel is good for business trips of one or two days, but would not recommend for leisure as rooms are not suitable to relax and take a break from activities.

Standard room, superior and room luxury executive, 15 sqm to 27 sqm. Our Minibar are empty of items due many request of our guest to get this type of service in order to leave place for their food. Trip to Paris

I appreciate the professional and helpful attitude of the personnel at the front desk. They made me feel very welcome. The lobby of the hotel looked very festive and our room was clean and well appointed. My wife and I would stay at this hotel next time in Paris in St Germain.

Close to perfection but buzzing things and bad luck made small holes

Nice stay once again but
-}the service level is decreasing:
1.the breakfast doesn't worth anymore, they were asking my wife even if we had breakfast included, another 1,5 euros for a small coffe...and at the bar it's 5 euros-like this better to go outside to take breakfast!!!
2. the garage was full , didn't find place the first night.
the problem, when i've finally find a place in the garage, somebody was parked not even in a parking place and block the entry to the last parking place-resulting in an ugly scratch on my car
3. cleaning ladies as usual playing cheap games to bother us(those kind of jealousy should eradicated from professional services)

bonne emplacement et confortable

très bonne hôtel ,décoration très agréable,personnel très agréable et à l'écoute.seul reproche un peu bruyant et difficulté de se connecter à la wifi, tv qui se coupe pour l'image.excellent emplacement.je recommande l'hôtel.

Comodo e centrale

Sono cliente di questo hotel da almeno 12 anni. Lo trovo molto comodo e centrale, a due passi da Montparnasse. Vicinissimo ad una fermata della metropolitana. Buona la colazione. Aspetto pulito ed aggiornato delle camere che però nel tempo mi sembrano essere diventate più piccole... In camera ho trovato meno spazio per il vestiario e per il bagaglio. Il design del bagno è realizzato a svantaggio della praticità. Sarebbe stato meglio privilegiare soluzioni più pratiche per il bagno (es. tipo di rubinetti).

酒店非常干净舒适,房间的设施齐全,早餐也非常好,就是网络差一点,时好时坏。由于语言沟通问题,没有给我登记入住记录,反映后也没有得到很好解决。

The guys working were very nice, the rooms and amenities were not 4 star

Proximity to train was great. Very small, cramped elevator, air conditioner didn't work well at all. Staff accommodating, where they could, everyone but one female staff were nice. All that aside, didn't feel like a 4 star hotel, 3.5 at best.
