The check in girl was more interested in her phone than her job. When asking a question I was answered with “do you want the room or not?”. No recognition of spire elite status, no upgrade or welcome package. I would have rather slept in my car.

I had several rooms and we all were satisfied and wished we could have stayed longer but we could not be accommodated because of the Garth Brooks concert. Overall we had a good one day stay and my guest for graduation was also good with the stay. We will use this location in the future.

Both of the rooms were dirty. Including the floors, bedding sheets. Everything smelled like BO. I took photos and video of both room. This should never happen to a guest and the staff should always be professional and respectful. This was not the case for our visit.

I booked a block for a baseball team. No one ever received a confirmation email. Staff would not let us check in at 3 PM. Left for games and they were rude when we checked in around 9:30. Tried to order food from bar before 10 and they said we were too late although it stated they were open till 10.
We were charged $50 fee that we were told would be credited back. It was never credited back. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with sales to get this credit. Also, when I looked at my bill online, it shows that they gave $50 cash back which they did not. What hotel would give CASH back when you do not even pay CASH?!?!

Overall the hotel was very clean and accommodating. The elevators are terribly slow and the door to our room wouldn't close all the way unless you picked up on it and shut hard. Other than that, the stay was pleasing and relaxing.
Not your true Holiday Inn Experience

The rooms greatly need an update. Ihad to move rooms because the first had no curtains and the door literally had to be lifted uo to place it back in the frame in order to close it.
With both of my rooms the doors were messed up and they should have been changed out. Not worth the money to stay at this Holiday inn. You may ask well why didn't you go somewhere els, first i was tired from traveling and not much to choose from in the area. Secondly thanks IHG Ihad points to get the room much cheap)cheaper. I was leaving the next day so this was a stop off vut still not good for a Holiday inn even for a stop over.....
Slow elevator

The elevators were INCREDIBLY slow! Due to safety concerns I did not utilize the stairs. The AC/Heater was loud and inhibited my ability to receive proper sleep. Breakfast offerings should begin at 5am vs 6am. Dinner offerings should begin at 5pm vs 6pm. Complimentary coffee should be in the lobby and available 24/7. Housekeeping rounds were every 5 days-which I understand due to Covid concerns and/or staffing. However, there should be a designated place to drop off soiled/used linens/towels and trash. Versus having them piled up in the room. There was also an issue with in-room phones. Each attempt to call the front desk, or any location, I only received a busy signal. I had to use my cellphone to call the hotel directly. The only positive comment is the food I ate in my room from the hotel kitchen was good.

I have stayed here many times. The Quity of the property has gone down so much and price gone up. The plumbing was backing up.
Room wasn't clean.
