What IS this place

It's an old Holiday that was halfway converted to a Holiday Inn express, but left in the lurch. Hallways have the old carpet as baseboards, the breakfast area is near the pool, but blocked off. Staff is pointless, parking is a crapshoot, and people in trucks hanging out in the parking lot that is shared with an airport parking service. Stay somehwere else- even the local McDonalds is closed.

Outdated in every way and hotel was full due to a wedding, so loud late past midnight and loud before 7:00 am. As a Diamond Elite member I’ll be moving on to other properties.

Worst front desk customer service I’d experience ever. Examples are turning off room phone line; ignored request for room upgrade; rude behavior; did not recognize IHG membership; bad attitude during check in and check out process.

Unprofessional and Rude receptionist

There was a rude receptionist during my stay when I inquired about my room upgrade and reservation. After seeing the room I called up and She even cut the phone line off while in conversation so I went down from my room to talk to her face to face. She argued defensively and ignored the reservation upgrade. Her attitude made it a bad impression or image of this hotel.

It was horrible especially sleeping in the dark, they refuse to refund me and we had to sleep in the dark. They do bad business at this location and staff not helpful and they don’t have a Manger on duty

The hotel hasn’t been refreshed in a very long time, the bathroom door was swollen and damaged from water, the curtains did not close fully, and the breakfast wasn’t great.

Poor experience from start to, oh yeah it still has not been resolved. My stay was booked on line and paid for with points, but was still charged full price for the 2 rooms, brought it to management's attention and still has not been addressed. I am very close to cancelling all my future reservations and going with some other company.
