Never got our room cleaned the next day. So tired, I just let it go. Would've been nice to come back to a clean room.

The staff was extremely friendly, well mannered and very attentive to guest needs. Rooms are well kept , comfortable and hotel was quiet and relaxing.

Location is great.
Parking lot a bit small. Hard to find a spot.
Bar and restaurant are closed.
Room is pretty clean.
HVAC unit a bit loud for my liking.
Good location but kind of noisy.

All the rooms are out of date and need to be updated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If your room faces the street there is a lot of traffic noise that comes is thru the thin windows.

This is a regular stop 1/2 between long-distance drive. Location is perfect and best quality for the region.

Total stay was over 30 days in two months, great experience, clean rooms and good breakfast, fitness room very good but could use free weights (dumb bells)

I recently stayed here and had a great experience from the tasty food and cold beer, to the clean bathrooms and the firm and soft bed and pillows.

I enjoyed the short amount of time (approximately 10 hours) that I spent at this hotel. Check-in was fast and efficient and I only saw one other person in the lobby area. The parking lot felt safe and well-lit. Everything in my room was clean and working. I ordered food to the hotel and had no trouble getting it.
I really wish that I had been able to find a slightly cheaper price, considering that I just needed a place to sleep while passing through, but I decided to pay up because most of the other places west Phoenix sounded gross and unsafe.
Will use again!
