This was my first stay at this hotel and I was really impressed . The hotel is very nice and I slept better than I have ever experienced from other hotels. The room was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. I definitely would stay again and. I also highly recommend it to everyone considering a stay in Raleigh!

the check in was fast and the staff very friendly and professional. The room was very nice- clean love the new furniture. Food was good - the service was great.
The checkout was fast and easy . Very friendly and fast. Overall good stay here. Thank you!
Horrible place for meetings

Booked the hotel for a weekend training meeting, they even sent us menu's, but omitted to tell us the Restaurant was closed on a weekend, so we'd to bring in food (which they said was not allowed).
The current pictures on line are far better than the renovation going on, as a Spire Elite member which means nothing to them, stay away and book another hotel.

Everything was good. Our toilet took too long to flush but other than that, all was good. They are renovating so we couldn't use the pool or spa, but that's ok.

Don’t ever ask for a copy of your bill! Not available when I checked out, 1 week later, 3 phone calls with front desk, 1 email to them. Still no copy of my bill..
Perfect for a stay near the airport

I chose the hotel primarily for the good price/quality ratio. Everything was perfect, staff was friendly, the room was clean and large etc. The surroundings are OK, a H**ters (the nanny function of Holiday Inn doesn't allow to spell out the full name ;-) and a Bojangles restaurant are in easy walking distance, many other restaurants and services in very short driving distance.
Recommended if you have a car.

The hotel was a great location from the city and the airport. The grounds surrounding the property were nice to walk around. They are doing some rennovations, so it should only get better!

This was my first visit to this hotel on business travel and is now my new favorite property to reserve on future trips to RTP area.
The facility is well-lit and very well-maintained. Modern and stylish - everything was ideal and exceeded my expectations. The most important factor in a positive hotel experience for me is a comfortable bed (firm mattress) and supportive pillows. I was thankfully able to get a good night's sleep and wake refreshed for my long computer training day and late return travel. Unfortunately due to work deadlines, I missed the AM breakfast option, but it sure smelled nice in the lobby upon checkout.
