Great location to Busch Gardens and great service

Nice and clean room and close to Busch Gardens. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful. I would stay here at this nice hotel again and I would recommend this hotel. Thank you.

I know the breakfast was a COVID issue not IHG , we always look for a Holiday inn express or something IHG for a quality night stay.

Bathroom felt like a dungeon. Could not use bathtub. Bed EXTREMELY uncomfortable, my neck was sore for days after stay.

Our bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Previous tenets hair on the shower head and tub. Tub had black dirt on it. I notified the front desk and they said they would send house keeping but house keeping never showed up. I stayed a second night and house keeping still didn’t come to clean. I told the front desk again the next day that house keeping never showed up and they told me sorry there was nothing they could do because the manager is’t there.
Thermostat kept automatically resetting itself to cool 68 degrees after I kept putting it on heat 74 degrees. It was 58 degrees outside and the room was freezing cold. My baby and toddler where miserable.

I work for a hotel and we never tell our guests to go to the front desk for towels when we are right next door to their room they would rather us go into the lobby where COVID is more likely then to hang them to us from the cart

A group of friends and I stayed for a trip to Busch Gardens. It was a spacious and clean room, we all enjoyed our time.

The staff was very nice the rooms were just what we expected and slept great. They are very close to Busch gardens which was exactly perfect for us.

The bed reeked of urine. When I asked for a change in bed sheets, I was told that housekeeping wasn’t there due to COVID. That they had no access to their closet especially since they are short staffed. Please do not stay here... pay a little more to be at a better hotel. I totally regret this places. In addition, we had stayed for two nights, housekeeping did t even come into the room to clean it up....? Terrible service!!!
Only good thing is the bed was comfortable

Site states free breakfast and shuttle. FALSE
Next to bar, noisy street, ambulances and cop cars all during the night. Bad area. Would have not stayed there if I knew about these issues. For two day cost over 250.00. So not worth it.
Amazingly friendly staff.. The suite had a great floor plan.

Amazingly friendly and genuine staff at the front desk. The floor plan for the suite was very smart....the extra sitting room was laid out so that the sleeping room stayed quiet if people were loud in the "sitting room." The room was also modern, spacious and clean.
