Were told that we would be called at 4 pm when our room was ready. Never contacted
At 4:30 went to front desk and was told our King oceanfront suite was not available and told we had a 2 queen instead.

Would definitely stay at hotel again. Wonderful experience along the ocean. Staff was great. I felt safe covid wise at their cleanliness. Pool was closed but pool area was still available and very well kept. Enjoyed the location in the midst of fine shops and restaurants. Thank you

Took the covid way over board just a way of saving money and reducing your staff and costs. No room cleaning, had to wait on myself if I needed towels, supplies and anything else that your employees would be doing. If your going to reduce the service then reduce the price. Have been staying there for years so I'm very aware of what I should and shouldn't be paying based on the season.. just like all the major corporations, using this Covid bull to their advantage

Was very pleased- Brandon, the desk host, a gentleman and an asset to the hotel experience- this was my second stay, will most definitely come back many more times.

I had to check out early due to the run down and poor condition of the hotel room. The room smelled like moldy rug, the toilet made a long squeaky noise after flushing. The room shower curtain looked as if it was used for years and did not fit the shower/bath tub correctly.
If you are aware that the room is old and run down at least a complimentary bottle water would have been an added touch of hospitality. Instead, my boyfriend had to walk down the hall and a flight of stairs to a vending machine for a bottle of water. Completely unacceptable.

It was a great little get away. The place was packed but I felt as if we had the entire place to ourselves. I was a bit disappointed that the pool was closed " for maintenance" ( which I saw non of). But I guess we all no why it was closed( only covid would be the explanation). But we totally enjoyed the beach and all of the amenities! Everyone was helpful and nice.

My friends and I felt safe staying here. The people working were nice and great at communicating. The only problem we had is the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. But for the location and price it was great!

Very nice stay. The room had a lovely view and was clean and comfortable. This hotel is on the older side so the rooms are a little outdated, but the important stuff like cleanliness and view are what mattered to me.

I love holiday inn that’s why I didn’t think twice paying 2-3 x as much for this room as plant of my
Other 6 oven front rooms on my vacation. First they don’t do and grab and go breakfast (staple of Holiday inns and every other place in the area is doing them. Grab and go d/t Covid. I arrived a little early for check in 2:30. My room wasn’t even ready at 4 pm. It was late check in. The maids were beating on my door at 9:15-9:30 and woke me up. The out side is dirty with cig butts and garbage. Beach is filled with plastic and garbage and syringes The room was dated 40 years. The room smelled. It felt dirty. The toilet bowl was dirty. The back of the toilet seat had dust hair and dirt in it. My out side patio was grungy as well. Cig butts too and wafting smoke smell as people came and went to the beach. A fence there for privacy would be good. Kids came on my patio. There was a huge dog fight out side my slider. I had to go help them. The lady was very shaken. The pool was closed but I was not made aware of this at booking. Did I mention the room was dated and dirty and smelled.

Hotel was clean and provided good policies for COVID. The pool was not available due to a broken part, but did not impact my visit.

There was a glob of hair, lint and gritty sand in the top of one of the beds. I honestly can’t believe they never changed the sheets. But I wasn’t surprised after seeking a recent episode of inside edition.
The place has potential if they would actually take cleanliness seriously but I wouldn’t give then another chance The pool was also closed during my stay. I say pass on this hotel and try the Staybridge a few miles west You can always drive to the beach and the parking is free in Vero Beach. Mulligans restaurant right next door offered good food and service so that was a plus
