I had only facing a small problem with the access cart , it's make me visit the reception 3 time to fix the technical problem . I hope this will never happen again .

I would like to thank all the IHG and the hotel stuff for significant services and hospitality, one of the most comfortable atmosphere that the guest can get, special thanks to the front desk (Naved, Alooy and Husain), they are always friendly and helpful.

Due to a tight schedule, we arrived late in the hotel and didn't loose any time at check in.
Even we only had a short night, the quality and silence of teh rooms allowed us to rest enough and leave early in the morning.

No hot water... after fixing the situation water was warm. Took a loooooong time to become warm!
No welcoming drink.
Reception was somehow arrogant!
