Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by spring 2015 the room was clean and comfy, but has noise problems
we stayed in this hotel for 6 night. Overall, the hotel room was clean and comfy, but we had problems with all the noises, at the beginning, we were in room 1013, the noises came from 3 sources, first, was the early morning noises came from the planes flying pass, I guess the hotel is on the flying route of the nearby Ronald Reagan airport, second, the noises came from the fridge inside the room, when ever the compressor started, the noises were very loud in the middle of night, third one, is because our room was next to the elevator, the floor area adjacent to the elevator was tiled, no carpet, so whenever anything with wheels passed over the tiles, it made a loud noise, and it's unbelievably loud inside our room, the first night we were startled by this noise and didn't know where it came from. 3 nights later, we moved to room 1006, this room was much better in terms of noise. but the fridge noise was still the same.
During our stay, my son had an incident, he spilled some pop in his bed, the housekeeping lady changed all the wet stuff for us, but there is one thing I want to point out, the mattress had two layers of protective sheets, the second layer was water prove, although it did not need to be changed, but I think at least some wipe disinfectant be used to wipe it clean before put on the new layers.
