Overall very good. No continental or complimentary breakfast. No first floor rooms.

Too expensive given amenities for leisure stay. I had requested 2 rooms when I called directly to the front desk and only one reservation was made from that phone call. Another room was available at the same rate when I arrived, but there was no real concern or customer service at the front desk about this mishap. I had a confirmation number, but it did not occur to me that only one room had been processed by the person who took my reservation. I had to call because I wanted a AAA rate and this is not available via the online options.

Cleaning staff does not understand English in an English speaking country. Whoever took our reservation when we booked, did not email our confirmation letter, which we requested. And when we called 2 times after that and were promised an email, none came. This is unacceptable. You certainly have our email address, because we got this one.

Room had places for 2 bags. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean. Good lights for reading and seeing. Great shower. Had quiet closing door. Regular hangers. Space to spread items. Comfortable chair and ottoman.

Always stay at this Holiday Inn. Staff always friendly and the room exceeds expectations.

We always have a great stay at this location. Some of the staff have changed, but that hasn't altered the overall perception that we are valued and appreciated as guests. The service provided and treatment of guests obviously resonates from the management of this property. It's very convenient to have a restaurant and lounge on site. The only "issue" I have is that Alex spoils my wife with his warm strawberry shortcake and a carafe of coffee, but I get to enjoy one or two 312's.
