WiFi extremely slow and unstable. Although I paid for my stay in full (USD) during check in, I had to pay an amount in LBP on check out, still don't know why exactly. July 13, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Service needs improvement - English-speaking taxi driver provided by the hotel well below expectations. - Some staff members need to be sensitized to customer's needs, and how to fulfill them. - If you have a problem in this hotel, you must approach Mr. Abbas @the Front Desk - he is easily one of the best professionals I have met in a long while. - Your complaint will be handled competently if Mr. Abbas or Mr. Weil is attending to them. The rest of the staff in the Reception leave much to be desired in terms of customer service. June 19, 2015
