Exceptionally clean room with modern furnishings and conveniences. Bar area was comfortable. Additionally, the airport shuttle bus service made the stay even more convenient. May 2, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't stay here if you want to sleep! Myself, my husband and our two young children stayed here for 2 nights last weekend (24th & 25th April 2015) for a family wedding. Never again! This hotel is essentially a party venue - which should have been obvious from the moment of our arrival when dance music was being pumped out of speakers hidden within shrubs just outside the main entrance doors. On the first night we were woken by party goers at various times up until about 5am. Then at 7am a very loud pulsating alarm noise (lasting about 15 mins) woke us up - we thought next door had a very loud alarm clock, but it turned out to be an alarm fitted to the wall mid-way down the corridor. At 7pm I went back to my room for a break from the wedding and the alarm was going off again. I reported it to the front desk saying that it looked like it was going off at 12-hourly intervals and could they make sure it didn't happen the next morning. They said it would be sorted. 7am the next morning the alarm went off again for 15mins. And then again just before 8am. I would like to say that it woke me up, but it didn't - the room next door to us had an all night long party, which spilled out into the corridors and we didn't get a wink of sleep. When I reported to the front desk the noise problems they were completely uninterested. At check out I told them that I would never stay at their hotel again. They just replied with 'ok thank you'. Unbelievable. They really couldn't care less about making sure you had not only a good night's sleep - but any sleep at all! Be warned!! April 30, 2015
