Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Preparing for early flights One of our reasons for staying was because of an early morning flight. It was a good choice. However, the price of the shuttle trip was not mentioned on the website or while booking and as our experience has been of complimentary transfers we were disappointed to be told on arrival of the GBP3.50 charge. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by relaxing break of excellence We stayed two nights at this hotel and I felt I had been for a whole week it was so refreshing to be looked after so well there was absolutely nothing to improve on. Our special mention would have to be for Mr Craig Paterson the excellent staff member who checked us in and provided so much help. I would recommend your hotel to anyone. Many thanks July 31, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Additional information After checking in the member of reception staff enquired about dining. I said I have a few allergies so it is tricky. The reception staff made no comment. It would have been nice for the staff member to say something along the lines 'I'm sure we can accommodate this if you'd like to talk to a member of staff we will see how we can help you' rather than no comment at all. Also I was on crutches. I entered the bar and ordered a drink. The bar staff member was fiddling with bottles and it would have been nice for him to at least acknowledge I was there rather than not even turning around. I ordered a drink and I had to ask a customer next to me to carry my drink to the table as the bar member didn't ask if he could help. Ok, this wasn't a problem however it would have been nice for the bar tender to ask and to notice that I needed help. Again I'm trying not to criticise just saying what would have made a difference to me. July 31, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Last minute Picked up shuttle from airport to the hotel. Checked in mid afternoon. Reception was manned (by Craig ?) who was very good and sorted out the last minute details etc. Room was good but was close to entrance from stair well/corridor so lot of door banging during night while trying to sleep. Not so good for early start the next day. Restaurant was good with fair selection of dishes. No chance to test the breakfast due to the very early start. July 31, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service for airport travellers Hotel was very good with helpful staff. Organisation of transfer to airport good. On way back we arrived very late ( 1:30 am) but still only had to wait about 10 mins for transfer bus to arrive. July 23, 2015
