Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely staff but terrible hotel Belgium is a nation of food lovers but the food here is consistently terrible. The rooms are redecorated and modern looking but the shower is weak and the hair dryer is attached to the wall and also weak. The heating/aircon system is attached to the outside of each room and makes a loud noise at the best of times but on the two nights I stayed this time, there was a really strong wind so they crashed and banged all night and I got no sleep. The staff are really helpful and lovely but the hotel structure is below par for a business hotel or in fact any hotel. If I didn't have to stay there for work, I'd never stay there again. In fact, I think I'll have to break free anyway because I can't stand it anymore! 05 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent Arriving after a delayed flight was immediately made welcome at reception. This was continued in the restaurant which remained open for late arrivals. The attentiveness and warmth of the staff throughout the hotel was much appreciated. 04 April 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Sleepless Night Unfortunately, I got a room close to the elevator and close to the Crew Lounge. The loudness was unacceptable and even getting in touch with the reception was difficult at midnight to ask for assistence on improvement. Even as a regular customer they put me in this room that must be terrible every evening. I enjoyed staying there in other rooms, but for this price you would expect a comfortable night. The standard question at check-out: "Did you have a good stay?", was meaningless if there is even no recording of complaints during the night. 30 March 2015
